Dreaming

Have you read “The Adventures of Jeremy and Mrs Frisby” or “Mrs Frisby and the Diamond in the River”? These texts demonstrate how you can “dream” from the original text. Dreaming provides a starting point for writers then allows the writer to “piggy back” from the original text and allow MAJOR changes to take place; think of the absurd, combine new ideas and characters to create new adventures, settings, characters and events.
